Every card in this set has a unique layout, but words may overlap. Different cards can still win together; balanced words do not guarantee equal winning chances. Agree on your winning pattern and print one test copy first.

How to make and play custom bingo
Make printable word bingo for a class, club or celebration. Create up to 50 cards in a set, with a different complete layout for each player and a separate host calling list.
Choose words and card size
Start with a topic such as Animals, Space, Food or Celebrations, then select Use word bank. Or type your own items, one per line, up to 100. Add a host hint after a vertical bar, such as Apple | A crunchy fruit.
A 3 × 3 card needs at least 8 different items with a FREE centre, or 9 without. A 5 × 5 card needs at least 24 with a FREE centre, or 25 without. Add more words for a wider mix across the set.
Set one card per player, choose A4 or US Letter and select Build card set. Rebuild after changing the words or card settings.
Simple call-out bingo rules
- Agree on the winning pattern before play. A complete row, column or diagonal is an easy starting point. If you included a FREE centre, it counts as marked.
- Give each player one card and a pencil or markers. Keep the calling list with the host.
- The host chooses items in a mixed order, reads one item or hint at a time and records each call. Players mark matching words on their cards.
- When someone calls bingo, pause and check their winning pattern against the items already called.
Different layouts can still win together. Decide how you will handle ties; unique cards do not guarantee a single winner or equal winning chances.
Download cards and the calling list
Check the preview pages for long labels before downloading. Select All player cards for the player PDF, then Host calling list only for a separate caller reference. Print hints on the host list is optional.
Match your paper to the selected size, use Actual size or 100% and print one test sheet first. Keep the printed labels readable and the margins unclipped. The host list is a reference to run the game; the tool does not call words or track winners.
Reuse your list for another activity
Save project file keeps the word bank, settings, generator version, layouts and card IDs. Open a saved bingo, word-search or crossword project under Reuse or save a list. Imported crossword clues become host hints.
For a personal celebration, use names, places or shared memories that players are comfortable sharing. The wedding clue guide has examples you can adapt.
